In order to make a 5.2-gallon tank for this bike and have the best ergonomics possible for the rider we choose to incorporate the two radiator shrouds into the main body of the fuel tank. The trade off with this is that you lose the ability to raise the tank on the rear hinge mounts to access your air filter. Also with the tank and both shrouds now one piece it can be hard to line up the tank and the side mounting points.
The IMS tank was designed around the 12-liter OEM Aprilia fuel tank and matching seat # 851328. The 8-liter seat can be used with our tank, but it is not the best fit.
Capacity is 20L or 5.2 gallons.
